I've been living at the Alta Roosevelt since late January and I love it, Im obsessed with my apartment I almost never want to leave home, everyone from the building management to the door staff and maintenance staff are genuinely kind; they are literally always one call away for any concerns I may have. I plan on staying here for a very long time, I feel very secure at home, the location is very convenient as far as my commute to work and going grocery shopping and dining out. I don't see why anyone wouldn't want to reside at the Alta Roosevelt.
